From heritage conservation to a new way of exploring

From heritage conservation to a new visitor experience. The project ‘New Tourist Attractions at the Sanctuary in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska – a UNESCO World Heritage Site’ covers several key areas of activity.

Firstly: the preservation and restoration of monuments

Secondly: new sightseeing tools — audio-guided tours, a virtual tour and VR-based solutions will be developed.

Thirdly: educational and community initiatives — training sessions, workshops and activities aimed at various target groups.

This is a project designed to protect our heritage, but also to make it more accessible to contemporary audiences.
